Clear Path Consultancy – Terms & Policies

1.Consultations
- Sessions are confidential, except where legal or safety concerns require disclosure.  
- Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early for virtual/phone appointments. Late arrivals may shorten session time.  

2. Payments
- Full payment is required to secure bookings unless otherwise arranged.  
- Accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal.  

3. Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours’ notice required for rescheduling/cancellations.  
- Late cancellations (<48 hours) incur a 50% fee; no-shows are non-refundable. 
- Exceptions made for emergencies (discretionary). 

4. Refunds
- Services are non-refundable once rendered.  
- Dissatisfied? Contact us within 7 days to discuss solutions.  

5. Intellectual Property
- All materials (guides, worksheets) are for personal use only. Redistribution prohibited.  

6. Liability
- CPC provides guidance, not medical/legal advice. Clients are responsible for their decisions.  
- Athletes: Performance outcomes depend on individual commitment.  

7. Data Protection
- Client information is stored securely (GDPR compliant). Never shared without consent.  

8. Changes to Terms
- Policies may update; clients will be notified via email.
